- We ship from Sydney and we ship worldwide!
- We process orders within 1-5 business days.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. we will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask you to re-submit your order
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gazalceramics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
